How long does forging take?
Each relic is crafted on demand through our trusted forge network. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipment.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship across all realms worldwide. Shipping times vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier conditions.
How can I track my order?
Once your relic leaves the forge, a tracking rune will be sent to your email.
Can I return or exchange an item?
As all items are forged on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- incorrect size selection
- buyer's remorse
- change of mind
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders may only be canceled before forging begins. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your relic arrives damaged or defective, contact us with:
- your order number
- a description of the issue
- clear photos of the item
If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Who creates your products?
Our products are forged through a global print-on-demand production network, allowing us to ship worldwide efficiently.
