Returns & Exchanges

As each relic is forged on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• incorrect size selection
• buyer's remorse
• change of mind

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we'll make it right.

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include:

• your order number
• a description of the issue
• clear photos of the item

If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before forging begins.
Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
